No image appearing in this Site depicts sexually explicit conduct or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in the Federal statutes and Federal regulations of the United States of America.
This Service is an interactive computer service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230(f), as well as an Internet access service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 231(e), that is statutorily exempt from being considered a producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B). Moreover, this Service is also outside the definition of secondary producer, as defined in 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c)(2) per 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c)(4).
